1 The full legal names and occupations of everyone that will be an owner of the property (please ensure that the names are as they appear on your driver's license or passport). If you have a guarantor/co-signor who will execute the Mortgage documentation, please do not list them in this section 1 as they will not be registered on title as an "owner" of the property.

2 If there is more than one person becoming the owner, would you like to be registered as Joint Tenants or Tenants in Common? (The major difference is under Joint Tenants, if one of you were to pass away, the property would transfer to the survivor. Under Tenants in Common there is no right of survivorship and the property would be handled as per the terms of your will);
3 Is there any person who is going to be registered as an owner of the property (as listed in Question 1) who is a first time buyer? If yes, we will email you another page with additional information to be completed.
4 What is the address of the property you are purchasing?
5 Will this be your primary residence? If not, please confirm your current mailing address.
6 When is your completion date?
7 Will you be out of town prior to and during the closing of this transaction? If Yes, we will need to make alternative arrangements for signing the documents.
8 What is the purchase price?
9 Will there be a mortgage on this property? If yes, which financial institution will your mortgage be with?
10 Will you have a guarantor or co-signor on your mortgage? If Yes, please include the full legal names of the guarantors or co-signors (please ensure that the names are as they appear on his/her driver's license or passport). The guarantor/co-signor who will execute the Mortgage documentation will not be registered on title as an "owner" of the property (those persons are listed in Question 1).
11 Is the property a detached house or a strata lot? If the property is a detached house, please continue to 12a and 12b. If the property is a strata lot, please continue to 13.
12a Property is Detached House: Do you have a copy of the survey certificate? (A survey certificate is a drawing that shows where the house sits within the property lines). If so, can you please fax the survey to our office at 604-527-8976 for review.

12b Property is a Detached House: Please confirm the name of your house/fire insurance agent and their contact information.
13 Property is a Strata Lot: Who is the strata or property management company? If it is self managed, please provide the contact person's name and phone number.
14 Is the property new construction? If Yes, please indicate the name of the development or the name of the developer of the property.
15a Do you have a realtor assisting you with your purchase? If yes, please provide the realtor's name and contact information.
15b Have you executed the final Addendum to the Contract of Purchase and Sale in order to remove all the subjects set out in the Contract (i.e. such as financing clause or inspection reports)? If No, please indicate the date as indicated in your Contract for the removal of these final subjects.
16 Do you have a mortgage broker assisting you with the financing for this transaction? If yes, please provide the mortgage broker's name and contact information. If no, please complete question 16a.
16a If you do not have a mortgage broker assisting you, please provide the name and contact information for the bank representative that you are dealing with.
17 How did you find out about our office?
18 Are you selling property at the same time of this purchase transaction? (If Yes, please submit this purchase form and then complete the separate online sale form as the purchase and sale are two separate transactions).
