We would be pleased to assist you with the sale of your property. In order to start the file, please provide the following information:

1 Please provide the names of the registered owners of the property you are selling? (as they appear on the title to the property)
2 What is the address of the property you are selling?
3 Does everyone on title reside at the property? If no, please provide the names and addresses below.
4 Is there anyone on title who is a non-resident of Canada under the Income Tax Act who will require a Clearance Certificate from Revenue Canada. If YES, we will contact you for further information.
5 When is your completion date?
6 Will you be out of town prior to and during the closing of this transaction? If Yes, we will need to make alternative arrangements for signing the documents.
7 Is the property a detached house or strata lot? If the property is a detached house, please continue to 7a. If the property is a strata lot, please continue to 7b.
7a. Property is Detached House: Do you have a copy of the survey certificate? (A survey certificate is a drawing that shows where the house sits within the property lines)
7b. Property is a Strata Lot: Who is the strata or property management company? If it is self managed, please provide the contact person's name and phone number
8 Is there a mortgage on the property? If yes, which financial institution is your mortgage with and what is the mortgage/reference number?
9 What is your forwarding address?
10a Do you have a realtor assisting you with your sale? If yes, please provide the realtor's name and contact information.
10b Have you executed the final Addendum to the Contract of Purchase and Sale in order to remove all the subjects set out in the Contract (i.e. such as financing clause or inspection reports)? If No, please indicate the date as indicated in your Contract for the removal of these final subjects.
11 How did you find out about our office?
12 Are you purchasing property at the same time of this sale transaction? (If Yes, please submit this sale form and then complete the separate online purchase form as the purchase and sale are two separate transactions)
